Craig Blurton, Ph.d., CEO
Jadis Blurton, Ph.D., CS
Jadis’s expertise as Chief Scientist is critical to TWC’s ability to delivery high-quality online experiences to professional audiences. She will lead TWC’s evaluation and assessment efforts and provide strategic guidance for the management, design, and development of the software features and interface design. Jadis received her Ph.D. in Developmental Psychology from the University of California, and is licensed as a Clinical Psychologist in two states in the United States. She holds Masters degrees in both Special Education and Psychology. Prior to coming to Hong Kong twelve years ago, Dr. Blurton worked in a variety of settings, teaching at California State University, the University of Redlands, and the University of California, Riverside, as well as practicing clinically and directing a children's diagnostic clinic.
Stuart Ullman, Ph.D., CTO
As CTO, Stuart guides all aspects of company research and development for the improvement and innovation of TWC products. Dr. Ullman has 28 years of experience in research positions working for the U.S. Navy. During that time he has been a research and innovation leader in areas ranging from robotics and artificial intelligence to seabasing. Stuart has been a co-author on six patent applications for the Navy, and has also been awarded a patent on a concept unrelated to his Navy research work. Dr. Ullman was the initiator and primary innovator in two previous start-up firms, both in the early 1980s: Intelligent Control Systems Incorporated and Parallel Computer Systems Incorporated. He received an M.A. and Ph.D. in Economics from Georgetown University, an M.S. in Computer Science from the American University in Washington D.C., and a D.Sc. in Computer Science from the George Washington University.
